I have an engin one-way service and a Sipura SPA-3000 or SPA-2000 , but I have to dial *68 to dial out?
Overview
Step 1: Access the Sipura ATA
Step 2: Remove Updates
Step 3: Disabling Block CID
Step 4: Changing the Dial Plan

Step 1: Accessing the Sipura ATA
  1. Connect your phone into the PHONE port of your Sipura ATA.
  2. Dial **** then 110#, the SPA will announce the current IP address
  3. Enter the IP into your web browser
  4. Enter the username: user and your SIP password
  5. Click on Admin Login
  1. Enter the username: admin and your SIP password
  2. Go to Advanced
Step 2: Removing Updates
  1. Go to the Provisioning tab
  2. Select Provision enable NO
  3. Delete the profile rule


Step 3: Disabling Block CID
  1. Go to the USER 1 tab
  2. Set Block CID setting: NO
Step 4: Update the dial plan
  1. Go to LINE 1
  2. Enter the following dial plan into LINE 1 of the Sipura web menu (at the bottom of the page)
  3. Ensure the full dial plan is copied. It should end and start with a bracket to close the rule
  4. Save all changes by clicking " Submit"
