How do I activate call forwarding via the engin website?

Overview


Step 1: Login to engin self care
  1. Login to engin self care by clicking this URL LoginPage.aspx
  2. Enter your engin username and password
Step 2: Select Call Forwarding
  1. When you have logged into your account, select the "Call Forwarding" option
  2. You will then be directed to the feature page to enable this option.
Step 3: Select the option which suits you
  1. Select which phone number you would like to enable the feature for. You will be presented with 5 options
  2. Select your option
    • Busy No Answer
    • No Answer
    • Unconditional
    • Offline
    • None


Step 4: Save all settings
  1. Once you have selected the type of call forwarding you need, you will be presented with more options
  2. Enter the number you wish to forward your engin calls to
  3. Enter the diversion timeout. This is the ring delay before the call is forwarded to another network.
  4. Save all changes
