How do I bridge my Optus speedstream 4200?
Overview
Step 1: Login to your speedstream modem.
Step 2: Enable Bridgemode
Step 3: Save your settings.


Step 1: Login to your speedstream modem.
  1. Login to the Speedstream modem via http://10.1.1.1 (Optus)
  2. Enter the username: admin, and password admin
Step 2: Enable Bridgemode
  1. Go to the Setup Menu
  2. Go to the Mode Menu
  3. Select Full bridge


Step 3: Save your settings.
  1. Save your settings by clicking the apply button
  2. You will lose internet access so therefore your router will need to be configured to connect to the ISP via PPPoE
