Overview
- Disconnect your PSTN line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN", we are referring to your regular landline provider
- Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
- Enter the IP address into your web browser
- Go to the WAN Setup menu
- Select Static IP
- Enter IP address: 192.168.0.10
- Enter Gateway Address: 192.168.0.1
- Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
- Submit all changes
Step 3: Access the Motorola SBG900
- Enter or click into your web browser 192.168.0.1
- You should see a pop-up style box prompting you for your username and password.
- Enter your username and password now. By default the username is admin, and the password is motorola. Click the Log In button to log in to your router.
Step 4: Configure Port Forwarding
- Now click the Gateway button near the left side of the page.
- The menu near the top will now change. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.
- Click the config button near the top of the page.
Step 5: Enter UDP 5060 for SIP
- We will now need to add the ports needed for the engin voicebox.
- The engin voicebox requires you to forward ports 5060. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Add New Port Forwarding Entry menu and then click Add.
- The second rule is needed for UDP protocol and the entries to be made are as below:
- Template: Custom
- Name: engin
- Port Start: 5060
- Port End: 5060
- Lan IP Address: 192.168.0.10
- Enable: Checked
- Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Add.
- When you're finished, click Apply near the bottom of the screen to save your changes. And that's it! You're done!
