I have a Sipura SPA-3000 or SPA-2000 , how do I block my Caller ID permanently?

Overview

You can pre-pend 1831 into your dial plan. This will enable you to block your outbound caller ID  from the callee.

Step 1: Accessing the Sipura ATA
  1. Connect your phone into the PHONE port of your Sipura ATA.
  2. Dial **** then 110#, the SPA will announce the current IP address
  3. Enter the IP into your web browser
  4. Enter the username: user and your SIP password
  5. Click on Admin Login
  1. Enter the username: admin and your SIP password
  2. Go to Advanced
Step 2: Removing Updates
  1. Go to the Provisioning tab
  2. Select Provision enable NO
  3. Delete the profile rule


Step 3: Update the dial plan
  1. Go to LINE 1
  2. Enter the following dial plan into LINE 1 of the Sipura web menu (at the bottom of the page)
  3. Ensure the full dial plan is copied. It should end and start with a bracket to close the rule
