Troubleshoot callers are unable to hear you with an X-lite Softphone
- Ensure that your microphone or headset is plugged in, turned on, and not muted
- Can you record audio with other programs on your computer, such as Microsoft Sound Recorder?
- Ensure that eyeBeam or X-lite is not muted
- Run the eyeBeam or X-lite Tuning Wizard and ensure you select the appropriate sound device.
- Ask the other party to follow the steps in "No Audio Out"
- Try installing the latest driver for your audio device. This should be available from your computer manufacturer.
