I have an engin 121 phone, how do I setup a static IP and configure port forwarding via the Netcomm NB5 / NB5+4

Overview
Step 1: Login to your NB5 to find the engin 121 IP
Step 2: DHCP Menu
Step 3: Reserve IP Address for the engin 121
Step 4: Port Forwarding Menu
Step 5: Adding a custom rule
Step 6: Forwarding SIP ports
Step 7: Apply changes
Step 8: Changing ethernet port rate
Step 9: Reboot


Step 1: Login to your NB5
  1. Login to your Netcomm NB5 using 192.168.1.1
  2. Enter the username: admin and password: admin

Step 2: DHCP Menu
  1. Go to Advanced > LAN Clients
  2. Check your attached devices or your DHCP table to verify if the engin 121 phone is connected
  3. You should see a MAC address of 00:30:0A with host name " " connected to your NB5
  4. Make a note of the IP address, and enter this value into your web browser. It will probably be 192.168.1.100, 192.168.1.101,192.168.1.102



Step 3: Reserve IP Address
  1. Select the Reserve IP address function for the MAC address which starts with 00:30:0a
  2. The status should say " Static" to indicate the engin 121 has a static IP address.
  3. Click Apply
Step 4: Port Forwarding Menu
  1. Go to Advanced
  2. Go to the Port Forwarding menu
Step 5:  Adding a custom rule
  1. Go to User
  2. Click New

Step 6: Forwarding SIP ports
  1. Enter the rule name: engin
  2. Enter the protocol: UDP
  3. Enter port start:5060
  4. Enter port end:5060
  5. Enter port map:5060
  6. Click Apply



Step 7: Apply changes
  1. Add the "engin" rule to the IP address you assigned in  Step 3
  2. Apply changes



Step 8: Changing ethernet ports
  1. Go to Setup > Ethernet Switch
  2. Select the Physical Port the engin 121 is connected to and change to " 10/ Full Duplex"
  3. Save and apply changes



Step 9: Reboot
  1. Go to Tools
  2. Go to system commands
  3. Save all changes
