I have a SPA-3102, How do I setup port forwarding and a static IP via my Billion BiPAC 7300 series?

Overview
Step 1: Find your IP
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
Step 3: Login to your Billion hardware
Step 4: Forwarding Menu
Step 5: Setup Port Forwarding for SIP
Step 6: Setup Port Forwarding for RTP

Step 1: Find your IP
  1. Disconnect your PSTN line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN", we are referring to your regular landline provider
  2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
  1. Enter the IP address into your web browser
  2. Go to the WAN Setup menu
  3. Select Static IP
  4. Enter IP address: 192.168.1.10
  5. Enter Gateway Address: 192.168.1.254
  6. Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
  7. Submit all changes

Step 3: Login to your Billion 7300 series
  1. Login to the modem via the web browser and enter the following IP address http://192.168.1.254
  2. Enter the Username: admin, Password: admin
Step 4: Forwarding Menu (Virtual Server)
  1. Go to the menu located on the left hand side of your screen.
  2. Click Configuration > Virtual Server
Step 5: Port Forwarding SIP
  1. Enter Application: SIP
  2. Enter Protocol: UDP
  3. Enter External Port: 5060, 5060
  4. Enter Redirect Port: 5060, 5060
  5. Leave External IP Blank
  6. Enter Internal IP: 192.168.1.10
  7. Click Apply

Step 6: Port Forwarding for RTP
  1. Enter Application: RTP
  2. Enter Protocol: UDP
  3. Enter External Port: 16384, 20384
  4. Enter Redirect Port: 16384, 20384
  5. Leave External IP Blank
  6. Enter Internal IP: 192.168.1.10
  7. Click Apply
