I have an engin voicebox series 1 or 2, how do I assign a static IP address and configure port forwarding via my Dynalink RTA series modem?

Overview
Step 1: Assign the static IP address

Please note you will need to enter the * key to define the periods in the IP address ie: 10*0*0*10 = 10.0.0.10. Make sure to hang up between each part of this step. After picking up the phone, dial **** to re-enter the config menu.
