How do I unlock my Linksys SPA-3102 from the engin network?

Overview

Step 1: IP address discovery
Step 2: Accessing your Linksys SPA-3102
Step 3: Remove admin password

Do NOT do a factory reset otherwise you will lock yourself out. If you can't login with the password provided by engin support, contact live support

Step 1: IP address Discovery

1. Dial **** wait for the Linksys menu configuration
2. Dial 110#
3. Wait for the IP address to be spoken

Step 2: Logging into the 3102

1. Enter the IP address into your web browser
   
2. Go to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin/voice/advanced 
3. (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address read to you)
4. Enter username admin, and your SIP password
5. Disable Provisioning as per the step below
   

 

Step 3: Remove Admin Password

1. Go to System
2. Delete the admin password
3. Save all changes
