Please note you will need to enter the * key to define the periods in the IP address ie: 10*0*0*10 = 10.0.0.10. Make sure to hang up between each part of this step. After picking up the phone, dial **** to re-enter the config menu.

1. Dial ****, once you hear the voice, dial 101# followed by 0# 1  - Hang up.
2. Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 111#, then 192*168*0*10# 1 - Hang up.
3. Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 121#, then 255*255*255*0# 1    - Hang up.
4. Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 131#, then 192*168*0*1# 1   -Hang up.  

1. Dial **** 100 # to listen to the state of DHCP (voice should say ‘disabled’)
2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address (should say 192.168.0.10)
3. Dial **** 120 # to listen to your Subnet Mask (should say 255.255.255.0)
4. Dial **** 130 # to listen to your Default Gateway (should say 192.168.0.1)

1. Enter the IP address of 192.168.0.1 into your web browser.
   
2. A login prompt is displayed. Enter the initial user name and password for the SnapGear unit: User name: root Password: default

1. Select Direct Connection from the Configuration pull-down box of the network port to be connected to the DMZ.
   
2. Enter the appropriate IP address of 192.168.0.10 and select DMZ from the Firewall Class pull-down menu.
3. Save your settings and reboot everything
