Step 1: Access the Sipura ATA

Step 1: Accessing the Sipura ATA
  1. Connect your phone into the PHONE port of your Sipura ATA .
  2. Dial **** then 110#, the SPA will announce the current IP address
  3. Enter the IP into your web browser
  4. Enter the username: user and your SIP password
  5. Click on Admin Login
  1. Enter the username: admin and your SIP password
  2. Go to Advanced
Step 2: Removing Updates
  1. Go to the Provisioning tab
  2. Select Provision enable NO
  3. Delete the profile rule



Step 3: Update your quality settings

  1. Click LINE 1
  2. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page
  3. Go to Audio Configuration
  4. Change Preferred Codec to G711a
  5. You can also disable silent suppression and lower the silence threshold to increase quality.
