Overview
Step 1: Login to the EyeBeam
Note: engin support G711alaw and G729a codec
's only.
- Login into your softphone using your engin phone number and password
- Right click on the softphone and go to Options...
Step 2: Change the codec
to G711a
- Go to the advanced button (At the bottom left of the application window)
- Go to Audio codecs and select the default codec
you would like to use.
- Apply changes by pressing the OK button
- Close the application window and make calls using your new selected codec
