I have a SPA-3102, but my Sagem D30V only rings once and my answering machine does not work? What can I do?

Access SPA-3102
Step 1:  Logging into your Linksys SPA3102
Step 2:  Change Regional Settings

Step 1:  Access SPA-3102
  1. Dial **** followed by 110#
  2. Make a note of the IP address
  3. Open up your web browser (internet explorer or Mozilla Firefox)
  4. Go to Voice > Admin > Advanced
Step 2:  Change Regional Settings
  1. Go to the Regional Tab
  2. Enter the following
  3. Ring1 Cadence: 60(.4/.2,.4/2)
  4. Ring2 Cadence: 60(.4/.4,.2/.2,.4/1.4)
  5. Ring3 Cadence: 60(.4/.4,.2/2)
  6. Ring4 Cadence: 60(.2/.2,.4/2.2) 
  7. Under the section "Ring and Call Waiting Tone Spec"
  8. Ring Waveform: Sinusoid
  9. Ring Frequency: 25 
  10. Ring Voltage: 80
  11. Click Save Settings
