My Linksys WAG325N has 30 second dropouts? How do I resolve this issue?

Overview

Step 1: Login to your WAG325N
  1. Go to the 192.168.1.1
  2. Enter the username: admin and password: admin
Step 2: Setup Port Forwarding
    1. Go to Applications and Gaming
    2. Go to Single Port Forwarding
    3. Application Name: SIP
    4. External Port Range: 5060
    5. Internet Port Range: 5061
    6. Protocol: UDP
    7. IP address is your VoIP Box's IP address - 192.168.1.100 is used as an example
    8. Application Name: RTP
    9. External Port Range: 16384
    10. Internet Port Range: 16484
    11. Protocol: UDP
    12. IP address is your VoIP Box's IP address - 192.168.1.100 is used as an example
Step 3: Setup Port Triggering
  1. Go to Applications and Gaming
  2. Go to Port Triggering
  3. Application Name: SIP
  4. Triggered Range: 5060:5061
  5. Start Port and End Port: 5060:5061
  6. Application Name: RTP
  7. Triggered Range: 16384:16484
  8. Start Port and End Port: 16384:16484
