I have an SPA-3102, but my calls are dropping out at 5 minutes via the Billion BiPAC 7300G? What do I do?

Overview

Step 1: Login to your Billion BiPAC 7300G
  1. Start your web browser and type the private IP address of the Router in the URL field: http://192.168.254.1
  2. After connecting to the device, you will be prompted to enter username and password. By default, the username is admin and the password is admin.
Step 2: Virtual Server for UDP 5070
  1. Go to Configuration
  2. Go to Virtual Server
  3. Enter Protocol: UDP
  4. Enter Public Start port: 5070
  5. Enter Public Start port: 5070
  6. Enter Public mapped port: 5070
  7. Enter Mapped IP (your voicebox IP address )
  8. Click Return when done


Step 3: Virtual Server for UDP 5071
  1. Enter Protocol: UDP
  2. Enter Public Start port: 5071
  3. Enter Public Start port: 5071
  4. Enter Public mapped port: 5071
  5. Enter Mapped IP (your voicebox IP address )
  6. Click Return when done


Step 4: Virtual Server for RTP
  1. Enter Protocol: UDP
  2. Enter Public Start port: 16384
  3. Enter Public Start port: 20384
  4. Enter Public mapped port:
  5. Enter Mapped IP (your voicebox IP address )
  6. Click Return when done
  7. Click Save config and write settings to fla




Step 5: Virtual Server finished
  1. Virtual Server rules now configured
  2. You will now need to login to the SPA-3102. 


Step 6: Change SIP ports for LINE1 tab
  1. Go to Voice ->admin->advanced
  2. Go to LINE1
  3. Go SIP settings heading
  4. Enter SIP port 5070
  5. Enter SIP EXT port 5070

Step 7: Change SIP ports for PSTN tab
  1. Go to PSTN
  2. Go to SIP settings heading
  3. Enter SIP port 5071
  4. Enter SIP EXT port 5071
