Overview
Step 1: Login to the Netgear WNR854T
Step 2: Check firmware version
Step 3: Upgrade the firmware
Step 4: Update Success

Download the firmware here

Step 1: Login to your Netgear WNR854T
  1. Open up your web browser.
  2. Log in to the router at its default LAN address of  http://192.168.0.1
  3. Enter the default username of admin, default password of password
Step 2: Check the firmware version
  1. Go to Router Status
  2. You should be running firmware 1.4.33


Step 3: Upgrade the firmware
  1. Go to Router upgrade.
  2. Browse your desktop for the firmware file




Step 4: Your firmware has been updated
  1. Your firmware should now be updated to firmware 1.4.33
  2. This is the engin supported version.
