Overview
- Disconnect your PSTN
line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN
", we are referring to your regular landline provider
- Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address
of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your
IP address
via the web interface
- Enter the IP address
into your web browser
- Go to the WAN
Setup menu
- Select Static IP
- Enter IP address
: 192.168.1.10
- Enter Gateway
Address: 192.168.1.1
- Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
- Submit all changes
Step 3: Login to your TP-Link 8810/8840?
- Start your web browser and type the private IP address
of the Router in the URL field: http://192.168.1.1
- After connecting to the device, you will be prompted to enter username and password. By default, the username is admin and the password is admin.
Step 4: Setup Port Forwarding
- Go to NAT > Virtual Servers
- Add a new Rule
Step 5: Setup engin as a service
- Custom Server: engin_voip
- Server IP Address
: 192.168.1.10
- External Port Start:5060
- External Port End: 5061
- Protocol: UDP
- Internal Port Start: 5060
- Internal Port End: 5061
- Next start a new line for the second port forwarding rule
- External Port Start:16384
- External Port End: 20384
- Protocol: UDP
- Internal Port Start: 16384
- Internal Port End: 20384
