I have an SPA-3102, how do I setup a static IP and configure port forwarding via my TP-Link 8810/8840?

Overview

Step 1: Find your IP
  1. Disconnect your PSTN line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN ", we are referring to your regular landline provider
  2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
  1. Enter the IP address into your web browser
  2. Go to the WAN Setup menu
  3. Select Static IP
  4. Enter IP address : 192.168.1.10
  5. Enter Gateway Address: 192.168.1.1
  6. Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
  7. Submit all changes



Step 3: Login to your TP-Link 8810/8840?
  1. Start your web browser and type the private IP address of the Router in the URL field: http://192.168.1.1
  2. After connecting to the device, you will be prompted to enter username and password. By default, the username is admin and the password is admin.
Step 4: Setup Port Forwarding
  1. Go to NAT > Virtual Servers
  2. Add a new Rule


Step 5: Setup engin as a service
  1. Custom Server: engin_voip
  2. Server IP Address : 192.168.1.10
  3. External Port Start:5060
  4. External Port End: 5061
  5. Protocol: UDP
  6. Internal Port Start: 5060
  7. Internal Port End: 5061
  8. Next start a new line for the second port forwarding rule
  9. External Port Start:16384
  10. External Port End: 20384
  11. Protocol: UDP
  12. Internal Port Start: 16384
  13. Internal Port End: 20384
