I have a SPA-3102, how do I setup a static IP and configure port forwarding via my Web Excel AL2108P/AL2112P

Overview

Step 1: Find your IP
  1. Disconnect your PSTN line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN ", we are referring to your regular landline provider
  2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
  1. Enter the IP address into your web browser
  2. Go to the WAN Setup menu
  3. Select Static IP
  4. Enter IP address : 192.168.1.10
  5. Enter Gateway Address: 192.168.1.254
  6. Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
  7. Submit all changes

Step 3: Login to your Web Excel  AL2108P/AL2112P
  1. Login to the modem via the web browser and enter the following IP address http://192.168.1.254
  2. Enter the Username: admin, Password: admin
Step 4: Disabling the SPI firewall
  1. Click Advanced Setup > Firewall
  2. Make sure the SPI firewall has been disabled otherwise port forwarding may not work.
Step 5: The Virtual Server menu
  1. Click Advanced Setup > NAT
  2. Click the Virtual Server Link
Step 6: Setup port forwarding for SIP traffic
  1. Enter Rule Index: 1
  2. Application: SIP
  3. Protocol: UDP
  4. Start Port Number:5060
  5. End Port Number:5061
  6. Local IP Address :192.168.1.10
Step 7: Setup port forwarding for RTP traffic
  1. Enter Rule Index: 2
  2. Application: RTP
  3. Protocol: UDP
  4. Start Port Number:5060
  5. End Port Number:5061
  6. Local IP Address :192.168.1.10
