In certain situations you may need to resort to port forwarding on your firewall /router to get your phone working.

If you are going to use port forwarding it is better to have a static IP address , if your not sure if you have a static IP address , please contact support. To use the engin service, you will need to apply the following port forwarding rules.


For SIP traffic (VoIP signalling)
  1. UDP start port 5060
  2. UDP end port 5061
For RTP traffic (media data)
  1. UDP start port 16384
  2. UDP end port 20384
