I have an SPA-3102, how do I setup a static IP and configure port forwarding via my PT series web excel modem / router?

Overview

Step 1: Find your IP
  1. Disconnect your PSTN line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN ", we are referring to your regular landline provider
  2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
  1. Enter the IP address into your web browser
  2. Go to the WAN Setup menu
  3. Select Static IP
  4. Enter IP address : 10.0.0.10
  5. Enter Gateway Address: 10.0.0.2
  6. Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
  7. Submit all changes

Step 3: Login to the Web Excel modem/router
  1. To use the web-based management software, launch a suitable web browser and direct it to the IP address of the Router.
  2. Type in http:// followed by the default IP address , 10.0.0.2 in the address bar of the browser.
  3.  A dialog box prompts for the User Name and Password. Type in the default User Name admin and default Password epicrouter and click the OK button to access the web-based manager.
Step 4: Setup Port Forwarding
  1. Go to Virtual Server
  2. Enter an ID of "2"
  3. Enter Private Port: 5060
  4. Enter Public Port: 5060
  5. Enter the IP address of the SPA-3102 (10.0.0.10) and enable the DMZ
Step 5: Reboot
  1. Go to Save Settings
  2. Click "Submit"
