I use the engin EyeBeam / X-lite, how do I block Caller ID permanently ?

Overview

Step 1: Logging into the softphone
  1. Open  the softphone application
  2. Right click on the softphone and press SIP Account Settings



Step 2: Changing the dial plan
  1. Click Properties
  2. Go to Dialling Plan
  3. Copy and Paste the following: 0\a.T;match=1;pre=1831 This will prepend 1831 to all numbers starting with "0"


Other Tips

To block caller ID to all numbers without having to enter the area code for local calls, copy and paste the following.

NSW
xxxxxxxxT|0[2-9]xxxxxxxxT;match=1;pre=183102;match=2;pre=1831;

WA / SA
xxxxxxxxT|0[2-9]xxxxxxxxT;match=1;pre=183108;match=2;pre=1831;

QLD
xxxxxxxxT|0[2-9]xxxxxxxxT;match=1;pre=183107;match=2;pre=1831;

VIC / TAS
xxxxxxxxT|0[2-9]xxxxxxxxT;match=1;pre=183103;match=2;pre=1831;
