Overview
Step 1: Login to your Netcomm
N3G9W / N3GBW
- Login to your Netcomm N3G9W / N3GBW using 10.0.0.138
- Enter the username: admin and password: admin
- Go to Diagnostics > DHCP
- Check your attached devices or your DHCP table to verify if the engin SPA-3102 is connected
- You should be able to notice "Sipura SPA" attached. That's the IP address
you need to forward the relevant engin port to
Step 3: Setup Port Forwarding
- Go to Advanced Settings > NAT
- Enter the following information as shown below
- Enter Rule Name "engin"
- Enter External Packet
Start Port "5060"
- Enter External Packet
End Port "5061"
- Select "UDP"
- Enter External Packet
Start Port "16384"
- Enter External Packet
Start Port "20384"
- Select "UDP"
- Click "Save / Apply button"
Step 4: Port Forwarding Completed
- Below is an overview how the ports should be listed.
- Port Forwarding should now be completed and your engin service is now ready to make calls.
