I have an SPA-3102, how do I setup a static IP and configure port forwarding via a Billion BiPAC 7100G?

Overview

Step 1: Login to your Billion BiPAC 7100G
  1. Login to the modem via the web browser and enter the following IP address http://192.168.1.254
  2. Enter the Username: admin, Password: admin
Step 2: Check DHCP
  1. When you login to the BiPAC 7100G, you will be presented with a DHCP table
  2. Make a note of the IP addresses which starts with "00:E0:08:CA:xx:xx" You'll need this to setup port forwarding.

Step 3: Change DHCP lease time
  1. Go to Configuration
  2. Go to the LAN menu
  3. Change lease time to 999999 days


Step 4: Change DHCP lease time

  1. Click Configuration > Virtual Server
  2. For Rule 1
  3. Enter Protocol: UDP
  4. Enter Public Start Port: 5060
  5. Enter Public End Port: 5061
  6. Enter Private Port: 5060
  7. Enter Host IP: 192.168.1.101
  8. Click Add this setting


Step 5: Port Forwarding Setup for RTP

  1. Click Configuration > Virtual Server
  2. For Rule 2
  3. Enter Protocol: UDP
  4. Enter Public Start Port: 16384
  5. Enter Public End Port: 20384
  6. Enter Private Port: 16384
  7. Enter Host IP: 192.168.1.101
  8. Click Add this setting
