How do I configure the EyeP media softtphone to the engin network?

1. Download the application from Here
2. Double click and run the application

1. Run the audio tuning wizard
2. Enter Name: Your Name
3. Enter SIP URI (You will need to replace 0280040000 with your engin number): sip:0280040000@voice.mibroadband.com.au
4. Enter Outbound Proxy : syd.byo.engin.com.au
5. For Name, enter:  0280040000 (Your engin number)
6. Enter your SIP password: i.e Asd71H12
7. Click Test account settings. If you get a "Network Error 0" Configure manually as per step 3.
   
8. Click Next.

1. Next, you will need to verify your SIP account in order to make calls incase you received a "Network Error"
   
2. Go to Contacts > Click Settings

1. Go to Voice Service
2. Enter Name: Your Name
3. Enter SIP URI (You will need to replace 0280040000 with your engin number): sip:0280040000@voice.mibroadband.com.au
4. Enter Outbound Proxy : syd.byo.engin.com.au
5. For Name, enter:  0280040000 (Your engin number)
6. Enter your SIP password: i.e Asd71H12

1. Go to Voice Service
2. Go to Speech Codecs
3. Change preferred codecs to G.729A and G711 A-Law
