Step 1: Login to engin self care
  1. Login to engin self care by clicking this URL LoginPage.aspx
  2. Enter your engin username and password
Step 2: Search Bill itemisation
  1. Click "Search Bill Itemisation
  2. Select your option (Both, Billed, or Unbilled)
  3. You can also select
    • Time of Day
    • Call Duration
    • Call Cost
