Overview
Step 1: Accessing the router
- To access the web-based utility, launch Internet Explorer or Netscape, Navigator, and enter the Gateway
’s default IP address
, http://192.168.15.1 in the Address field.
- Then press enter the username: admin, password: admin
Step 2: The Administration tab
- Select the Administration tab.
- Enable Remote Administration
- Enable Remote Upgrade
- Leave the default admin port at 8080
- You will need to change the default password when you enable remote access
- Save changes
- Go to the Security Tab
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and disable " Block Anonymous Internet Requests"
- Save all changes by clicking the " Save Settings" button
