I have an engin SPA-3102, how do I setup a static IP and configure a DMZ via an Optus supplied Speedstream modem?

Overview

Step 1: Find your IP
  1. Disconnect your PSTN line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN ", we are referring to your regular landline provider
  2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
  1. Enter the IP address into your web browser
  2. Go to the WAN Setup menu
  3. Select Static IP
  4. Enter IP address : 10.1.1.10
  5. Enter Gateway Address: 10.1.1.1
  6. Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
  7. Submit all changes

Step 3: Login to the Speedstream 4200
  1. Access the Siemens Speedstream 4200 web configuration menu by entering 10.1.1.1 into the address bar of a web browser, and then press enter.
  2. Once you are in the configuration menu, select Login from the left navigation pane of the Web interface, the user name and password to access this section of the configuration menu are both admin by default.
Step 4: Enable the DMZ
  1. Select Setup > Mode > enable NAPT.
  2. Select Setup > Firewall > DMZ from the left navigation pane of the Web interface. This displays the “Firewall DMZ Configuration” window.
  3. Enable DMZ with host IP address 10.1.1.10 and make settings permanent.
  4. Save and reboot
