Overview
- Disconnect your PSTN
line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN
", we are referring to your regular landline provider
- Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address
of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your
IP address
via the web interface
- Enter the IP address
into your web browser
- Go to the WAN
Setup menu
- Select Static IP
- Enter IP address
: 192.168.0.10
- Enter Gateway
Address: 192.168.0.1
- Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
- Submit all changes
Step 3: Login to your Netgear modem or router
- Open up your web browser.
- Log in to the router at its default LAN
address of http://192.168.0.1 with its default User Name of admin, default password of password, or using whatever User Name, Password and LAN address you have chosen for the router.
Step 4: Add Custom Service
- Go to Services menu
- Add Custom Service
- Enter the name: SIP
- Enter Type: UDP
- Enter Start port: 5060
- Enter End port: 5060
- Click Apply
- Go to the Firewall
Rules menu
- Go to Inbound Services
Step 7: Enabling Inbound Service
- Select the Service you created (It should be SIP)
- For Action allow ALWAYS
- For the LAN server enter the IP address
you want to forward to: 192.168.0.10 (example)
- Click APPLY
