Overview
Step 1: Assign the static
IP address
- Dial ****, once you hear the voice, dial 101# followed by 0# 1 - Hang up.
- Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 111#, then 192*168*1*10# 1 - Hang up.
- Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 121#, then 255*255*255*0# 1 - Hang up.
- Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 131#, then 192*168*1*1# 1 -Hang up.
Step 2: To check that you have implemented this correctly
- Dial **** 100 # to listen to the state of DHCP (voice should say ‘disabled’)
- Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address
(should say 192.168.1.10)
- Dial **** 120 # to listen to your Subnet Mask (should say 255.255.255.0)
- Dial **** 130 # to listen to your Default Gateway
(should say 192.168.1.1)
Step 3: Login to the Netcomm NB5 / NB5+4W
- Login to the Netcomm NB5 / NB5+4W with your web browser http://192.168.1.1
- Enter the Username: admin, Password: admin to access the Netcomm NB5 / NB5+4W
Step 4: Port Forwarding Menu
- Go to Advanced
- Go to the Port Forwarding menu
Step 5: Adding a custom rule
- Go to User
- Click New
Step 6: Forwarding SIP ports
- Enter the rule name: engin
- Enter the protocol: UDP
- Enter port start:5060
- Enter port end:5060
- Enter port map:5060
- Click Apply
- Add the "engin" rule to IP address
192.168.1.10 (static IP)
- Apply changes
- Go to Tools
- Go to system commands
- Save all changes
