I have an SPA-3102, how do I setup a static IP and configure port forwarding via my Billion BiPAC 5200G?

Step 1: Find your IP
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
Step 3: Login to your Billion BiPAC 5200G
Step 4: Forwarding Menu
Step 5: Port Forwarding for SIP
Step 6: Port Forwarding for RTP

Step 1: Find your IP
  1. Disconnect your PSTN line from the LINE socket. By the term "PSTN ", we are referring to your regular land line provider
  2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address of your SPA-3102
Step 2: Enter your IP address via the web interface
  1. Enter the IP address into your web browser
  2. Go to the WAN Setup menu
  3. Select Static IP
  4. Enter IP address : 192.168.1.10
  5. Enter Gateway Address: 192.168.1.254
  6. Enter Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
  7. Submit all changes

Step 3: Login to your Billion BiPAC 5102S
  1. Login to the modem via the web browser and enter the following IP address http://192.168.1.254
  2. Enter the Username: admin, Password: admin
Step 4: Setup Port forwarding
  1. Go to the Advanced Setup menu
  2. Click NAT
  3. Click Virtual Server

Step 5: Setup Port forwarding for SIP
  1. Enter the first rule as the following: 
  2. Start Port Number: 5060
  3. Enter End Port Number: 5061 
  4. Forward to IP address 192.168.1.10

Step 6: Setup Port forwarding for RTP
  1. Enter the first rule as the following: 
  2. Start Port Number: 16384
  3. Enter End Port Number: 20384
  4. Forward to IP address 192.168.1.10
  5. Save all changes
