Overview

Step 1: Setup Diagram

Step 2: Programming the VoIP line for Outbound calls

Use the following programming procedure to change your VOIP SELECTOR to select your VOIP LINE as the default outgoing call line :

  1. WITH THE TELEPHONE CONNECTED TO VOIP SELECTOR, MAKE AN OUTGOING CALL ON YOUR NORMAL TELEPHONE LINE.
Note - You need to have silence during programming, so a call to your Cellular Phone is recommended. An alternative is to call any other number and have someone answer the call.
  2. WAIT UNTIL THE CALL IS ANSWERED AND THE LINE IS SILENT. Answer the call on your mobile, or when the outgoing call is answered,
    proceed as follows :
  3. PRESS ### ON YOUR TELEPHONE TO ENTER PROGRAMMING MODE. Note - You will hear 3 short beeps to confirm that you are in program mode.
Note - If you cannot hear 3 short beeps to confirm that you are in program
mode, you should repeat steps 1-3.
  4. PRESS #9 ON YOUR TELEPHONE TO CHANGE TO VOIP OUTGOING CALL DEFAULT. Note - You will hear 1 short beep to confirm this entry. If you hear 2 beeps, you have made an incorrect entry and must re-enter #9.
  5. HANG UP TO LEAVE PROGRAMMING MODE. NOTE - If power is lost, VOIP SELECTOR will RESET to the original FACTORY SETTING.

You will need to re-program VOIP SELECTOR if you wish to again set the default outgoing line to your VOIP service.
