The following solution should work on all 6520 Models

  1. Click the Start button, then select Run.
  2. Type: telnet 10.0.0.138 then select OK
  3. Type username: admin and password admin
  4. Type:cfg upro{ac2{qos=y
  5. Type:cfg save
  6. Type:cfg napt{dsip=y
  7. Type:cfg save
  8. Type: do reboot
