Overview

Please note you will need to enter the * key to define the periods in the IP address ie: 10*0*0*10 = 10.0.0.10. Make sure to hang up between each part of this step. After picking up the phone, dial **** to re-enter the config menu.

Step 1: Assign the static IP
  1. Dial ****, once you hear the voice, dial 101# followed by 0# 1  - Hang up.

  3. Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 121#, then 255*255*255*0# 1    - Hang up.
  4. Dial **** once you hear the voice, dial 131#, then 192*168*1*1# 1   -Hang up.
Step 2: To check that you have implemented this correctly

  2. Dial **** 110 # to listen to your IP address (should say 192.168.1.10)
  3. Dial **** 120 # to listen to your Subnet Mask (should say 255.255.255.0)
  4. Dial **** 130 # to listen to your Default Gateway (should say 192.168.1.1)
Step 3: Login to your ZyXEL hardware
  1. Login to the modem via the web browser and enter the following IP address http://192.168.1.1
  2. Enter the Username: admin, Password: 1234
Step 4: Setup Portforwarding

  1. Go to the Advanced Setup menu
  2. Click NAT > SUA ONLY
  3. Enter the first rule as the following:  Start and end port 5060. Forward to IP address 192.168.1.10
