How do I update my Billion VoIP modem / router firmware?

Overview
Step 1: Download the latest firmware
Step 2: Login to the Billion VoIP modem / router
Step 3: Upgrade the firmware

Here is the page to check that you have the latest firmware :

Step 1: Download the latest firmware
  1. Go the link above, check and download the latest firmware
  2. Save the ZIP file to your desktop
  3. UnZIP the file.
Step 2: Login to the Billion modem/router
  1. Login to the administration section open your web browser and type the following address: http://192.168.1.254
  2. For the Username section enter in: admin In the Password section enter in: admin
Step 3: Upgrade firmware
  1. Go to System > Firmware upgrade
  2. Browse for the firmware which you would have saved on your desktop
  3. Press " Upgrade"
  4. Your Billion modem / router should reboot and the new firmware will be loaded.
