How do I bridge my Open 62x (621 -625) series modem / router?

Overview
Step 1: Login to your Open 62x modem /router
Step 2: Deleting your old connection
Step 3: Change Encapsulation and setup bridge
Step 4: Reboot

Step 1: Login to the 62x (621 -625 series)
  1. Enter or click 192.168.1.254 into your web browser
  2. Enter the username root and password 0P3N
Step 2: Deleting your old connection
  1. Click the setup tab and select the "Connection name" from the menu and click the delete button down the bottom of the page.
  2. The connection will be listed under the modem on the menu.
  3. The name will vary the example shows the connection nae as pppoe8_35
  4. After a few seconds the following menu will appear



Step 3: Change Encapsulation
  1. After you have deleted your old connection, click "New connection"
  2. Select Bridge
  3. change the Encapsulation to VC (VC-MUX)








Step 4: Reboot
  1. Click Apply to save changes
  2. Click Save and reboot
