• If you have  paid full price for your hardware.
• If you are in a contract and will stay with engin for the duration of the contract.
• If you have subsidised hardware but you are staying with engin

• You have subsidised hardware, you are not in contract and you want to leave engin.
• You will be charged the difference between the current recommended retail price of the hardware and the purchase price.

Please note if you unlock your engin voicebox, you will need to manually re-set it up again with all it's settings in order to use it with engin. The unlocking of your box may make troubleshooting of any issues much harder as you will no longer be using a standard setup, and so if you do have any future issues after unlocking we may not be able to resolve it.
