My Linksys AM300 (Annex A) drops calls at 5 minutes? How do I resolve the problem?

Unfortunately, technical support has tested the AM300 and has not be able to come up with a solution for the 5 minute dropout issue.

Work done
  • Disabled SPI Firewall
  • Enabled DMZ
  • Setup Port Forwarding
  • Tried Alternate SIP port incase of embeded ALG issue - not resolved.
  • Firmware downgrades and upgrades as per below list
Firmware tested
  • Firmware V1.19.04 - 02/04/08 - Tested still same issue.
  • Firmware V1.19.02 - 07/23/07 - Tested still same issue.
  • Firmware V1.19.00 - 02/28/2007 - Not available from Linksys website
  • Firmware V1.09 - Has not been tested however customers have reported that the initial release has issues with ADSL sync problems therefore downgrading the firmware is not a viable solution.
