How do I unlock my Linksys RT31P2 or WRT54GP2 from the engin network?

Overview


Do NOT do a factory reset otherwise you will lock yourself out. If you can't login with the password provided by engin support, contact live support

Step 1: Accessing your Linksys VoIP engin enabled router

  1. Go to 192.168.15.1
  2. Enter username: admin and password: admin

Step 2: Removing Updates

  1. Go to 192.168.15.1/Voice_adminPage.htm
  2. Enter username: admin and the SIP password.
  3. Go to Provisioning
  4. Delete the profile rule
  5. Select No for provisioning 

 


Step 3: Remove Admin Password

  1. Go to System
  2. Delete the admin password
  3. Save all changes
  4. If settings failed, upgrade the firmware to the latest firmware
