Overview
Step 1: Login and Reset your 121 to default
Step 2: Disable Provisioning
Step 3: Register with other VSP

Online support will NOT assist with unlocking your engin 121 or provide any support setting up to your other chosen VSP.

Step 1: Login and Reset your 121 to default
  1. Login to your engin 121 by web browser.
  2. Enter username: admin, and password: engin
  3. Go to Advanced > Click Reset to default 
Step 2: Disable Provisioning
  1. Go to /doc/featur_.htm to access the hidden provisioning page
  2. Delete the provisioning rules and save
Step 3: Register with other VSP
  1. Go to /doc/vs_.htm to access the hidden VoIP page
  2. Enter your chosen VSP and save
